To the founder of SCA Director Yussouf Khaizaran , Lebanon is an international country that accepts all traditions and cultures and thus handles heritage celebrations. To enhance the relations between Lebanon and other beloved countries , SCA invited the ambassadors of several countries in Lebanon and some Lebanese diplomats.
